Join us for a series of immersive ensemble sessions and experience the joy of collaborative music making!

Term Dates - Autumn Term 2025

Ensemble Sessions run on the following Saturdays:

Week 1: Saturday 4 October — Start Day

Week 2: Saturday 11 October

Week 3: Saturday 18 October

Week 4: Saturday 25 October

Half Term: Saturday 1 November (no class)

Week 5: Saturday 8 November

Week 6: Saturday 15 November

Week 7: Saturday 22 November (possible time/venue change)

Week 8: Saturday 29 November

Week 9 (Concert): Saturday 6 December (time & venue TBC)

Introduction

A 9-week program featuring an expansive array of exhilarating repertoire - we’ll develop our musical interpretations together and hone our violinistic, musical and group-playing skills.

The Autumn Term Sessions will culminate in a concert on Saturday 6th December. Invite your friends and family to share in the joy of the performance. 

Repertoire for Autumn 2025

This term’s programme will include a stimulating mix of new repertoire and beloved favourites, carefully chosen to challenge and inspire participants while strengthening their collaborative music-making skills.

Who is This Ensemble For?

This Ensemble is designed for adult learners who have already reached a standard equivalent to Grade 5 or above.

All the music has Violin 1 and Violin 2 parts … choose the one that’s right for you!

Course Instructors

The London Violin Ensemble is led by David Worswick (graduate of the Royal Academy of Music, former first violinist of the London Symphony Orchestra) and Neil Georgeson (acclaimed pianist and ensemble coach).

Together, they bring a wealth of experience as performers and educators, offering practical insights to help you succeed.
